Southwest Florida systems run most of the year in heavy humidity. Two visits a year — a deep clean, electrical and performance checks, and a look at your ductwork — catch clogged drains, weak capacitors and dirty coils before they turn into an August breakdown.

And if something does break between visits, members get priority service and 15% off all repairs.

How much is the Comfort Club?

$400 a year, which includes 2 tune-ups. Members also get 15% off all repairs, priority service, and no dispatch fee Monday-Saturday, 7:30 AM-6 PM.

Is there a contract?

Ask us about renewal and cancellation when you join.

I already have a home warranty. Do I need this?

Home warranties usually cover some repairs; they don’t usually include routine maintenance. Maintenance is what keeps the repairs from happening. Ask us and we’ll explain the difference for your situation.
