AC Repair & Replacement in Lehigh Acres, FL
Lehigh Acres is just east of Fort Myers, where we’re based — we’re there every week for repairs, tune-ups, and full system swaps like the Goodman condenser replacement in our recent work.
What’s different about Lehigh Acres
Inland heat, newer homes.
Lehigh Acres is inland, away from the Gulf breeze, so systems work hard through long summer afternoons. Much of the housing is newer single-family construction, and a lot of that builder-grade equipment is reaching replacement age at the same time.
Replace like-for-like? Not without a load calc.
The tonnage on the old unit isn’t a sizing method. We run a Manual-J calculation so a replacement removes humidity properly instead of short-cycling.
Honest repair-or-replace advice.
If a repair makes sense on a newer system, we’ll fix it. If the numbers say replace, we’ll show you why — with financing available if you need it.
